Job Description:
What will I be doing?As a Pine Room Pub Server, you will be responsible for providing guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Promote Benchmark Hospitalities outstanding culture with a guest first attitudeUse every possible opportunity to gain knowledge in all areas of bar and restaurantEnsure all tables receive their drinks and food as requested in a friendly and efficient mannerMaintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shiftsMaintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant to health, safety and hygiene standards at all timesShow complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contentsComply with Hotel Roanoke's Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and proceduresMaximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniquesDemonstrate an outstanding knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presentedWhat are we looking for?As a Pine Room Server at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center we always are working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, skills, and values that follow:
At least two years of restaurant server experience is requiredA warm personality, attentive nature and a service mentalityAbility to listen and respond to efficiently to all guest needsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsAccountable and resilientCommitted to delivering high levels of customer serviceAbility to work under pressureWage & Hours:
