Minimum Qualifications
Education: Basic knowledge of health and fitness is required.
Experience: No experience required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: AHA BLS-HCP certification preferred. Must possess a Carilion Wellness approved group exercise certification prior to hire (e.g. Les Mills, Zumba, Barre Above, or a NCCA-accredited or NBFE approved organization).
Other Minimum
Qualifications: Being able to get up in front of a group and instruct exercises in a confident manner.
