Job Description

Skyworks is looking for a Product Engineer who will be a core team member of the product/test engineering team bringing Skyworks' RF integrated solutions such as PAMiD, MMMBPA, and FEMiD to high volume manufacturing. As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of new products into production that requires very steep production ramps. You will develop safe launch plans and closely monitor newly released products. You will define ATE characterization test plans, generate characterization reports, and perform statistical data analysis to establish production test limits. Also, you will be part of sustaining product engineering tasks such as studies and reviews on quality as well as driving yield improvement and cost reduction projects. Candidates with previous experience with Automotive products or qualifications (AEC-Q104) are preferred

Job
Responsibilities:
Generate characterization reports, ATE, and probe data analysis.
Correlate test systems.
Statistical analysis of data for new and sustaining products, including Cpk analysis and setting of specification limits.
Developing production and characterization test specifications
Creating and managing product documentation
Providing product development support which involves interfacing with Design, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and others
Driving cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.

Job Requirements:
Must have Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years, or Masters EE Degree with 3 years, or Ph.D. and 0 years experience with strong exposure to RF parameters.
Highly prefer experience in semiconductor or similar electronics manufacturing environment.
The candidate should have a good understanding of RF parameters.
Must possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to debug production and development issues, such as on ATE or bench characterization equipment.
Team player, strong communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
