HyperGen specializes in PeopleSoft and ERP Managed Services nationwide. HyperGen has been in business for over 20 years and is a growing; stable IT Services Company. We are again expanding our technical services and require an additional PeopleSoft Technical Lead Staff Member.
This position will be a FTE Staff position to be located and within our Services Division in Roanoke Virginia, which provides remote PeopleSoft services to our clients nationwide.
We are a Casual Work Environment with a collaborative team atmosphere.
Duration: Direct Hire (Full-time w2)
Annual Salary: Based on Experience
Bonus Potential

Education: Bachelor degree or work experience equivalent
What you need for this position:
7
years PeopleSoft Technical Analyst or
7
years as Techno Functional Developer or
7
years as Developer in PeopleSoft implementations
Previous experience in technical and functional design and configurations,
Previous experience in coding, unit test planning, and unit test reviews
Previous experience in Technical Leadership role in Upgrades/Implementations/Projects
Expert in all aspects of PeopleSoft Installation, Administration, Development, Tuning and Change Management
Can estimate small to midsize projects
Can work directly with customers to organize and plan resources
Can mentor and guide technical developers
Create/Enhance technical training materials for internal consumption
Create requirements and specifications documents
Create Test Plans, Scripts and Cases
Understands Setup and Business Processes within PeopleSoft application silos
Ability to develop and deliver presentations for customers and RUGs
What you will be doing:
Providing support for all PeopleSoft pillars and technologies to our clients
Help Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications, associated sub-systems, and required interfaces
Understand the PeopleSoft architecture and serve as a valuable member in a high functioning team
Lead team members in technical solutions and client service
