We are looking for individuals who can identify and build relationships with Information Technology hiring managers who are in need of Information Technology Services. This includes following up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers and selling the benefits of working with HyperGen.
Available tools include our company's proprietary database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media, sales conventions/trade shows.
You will develop and maintain client relationships with IT Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) clients and ensure the quality of the information in your client manager database through client contact, follow-up calls, and correspondence.
The position requires selling the full range of HyperGen Inc.s service offerings. These include end-to-end project based consulting services, which include Plan (Business Innovation Consulting), Build (e-Solutions, Application Development and Integration), and Manage (Application Development & Management Outsourcing). E.G. Management Consulting, Managed Services, Hosting Solutions, Staff Augmentation, onshore remote services, SaaS/PaaS Services
The territory would include new and existing clients nationwide.
Establishing and growing revenue relationships throughout the US. Our Sales Executives are hunters who take ownership of the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting relationships to closing deals.
Travel to trade shows and other marketing events required (less than 15% travel)
Managing sales activity to achieve company revenue goals.
Providing ongoing pipeline management to insure consistent activity and results.
Rapidly build and consistently maintain an active pipeline of six figure opportunities
Sell HyperGen Inc. services throughout the entire sales cycle, Plan/Build/Manage.
Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs.
Prospect, develop and close sales while meeting and exceeding goals and expectations.
Communicate effectively with Implementation Teams to ensure that clients established expectations are met
Establish a client base that is willing to provide references and copy for press releases
Develop and present proposals that convey business needs and client benefits.
Understand competitors and articulate HyperGens competitive advantage.
Researching prospect companies via the internet.
Prior IT Consultant services sales experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
