Job Details:
Support Carilion s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Responsible for continuously monitoring members behavior to ensure safety at the outside/inside pool and spa at all times. Maintains standards of cleanliness and pool chemical balances. Notifies manager if any questions and/or problems arise.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Minimum two years high school education. Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
Experience: Six months previous lifeguard experience preferred.
Licensure,
certification, and/or
registration: Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid certifications required, Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred.
