Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as necessary - Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed for by the recipient - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in route driving or delivery preferred - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills Note:
This position may also be referred to as a courier or delivery driver.
