Description We are seeking motivated, friendly and energetic individuals to work on a part-time basis in the following position:
COMMISSARY WORKER Job
Summary:
The Commissary Worker is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage and paper stock throughout the venue.
The Commissary Worker is expected to complete other task related to the maintenance of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
The Commissary Worker is able to assist in other concession positions such as Concession Cook, Customer Service Representative & Catering Steward.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for setting up and stocking all stands, bars and portable locations.
Attention to detail of established standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation and quality is required at all times.
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on concession equipment as requested and able.
Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
Required to be familiar with all food, beverage and paper product supplies at the facility.
Assist in other concession departments when needed as a Concession Cook, Customer Service Representative & Catering Steward.
Able to perform these additional duties as a result of cross training.
Assist the Concessions Manager & Director of F&B with administrative duties including monthly inventory, transfers, perpetual inventories and data entry.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Additional duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management staff for the successful outcome of an event or customer service situation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and a respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to speak read and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
Will be expected to follow CDC and venue guidelines regarding COVID-19 Precautions.
Education, Qualifications and
Experience:
Experience working in a distribution/warehouse/commissary environment is preferred.
