Accurately and efficiently enters data into HR & Payroll systems, and within required deadlines Communicates and manages eligibility and process requirements for benefit plans Understands federal and state regulations and impacts to HR activities and benefits Provides a first level response to employee/management requests for guidance on Human Resources policies and practices.
Escalates to higher level for handling as appropriate Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' personnel files and reporting within the United States and works in coordination with our global headquarters Working knowledge of automated payroll and automated accounting system Provides coverage/back-up for Payroll functions as needed.
Processes payroll including preparing associated reports including W-2's, payroll reconciliation to the general ledger Review electronic and paper documents for completeness and accuracy Required skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel skills required) 1-3 Years HR experience 1-3 Years Payroll experience Ability to develop knowledge of general human resources principles and practices including employment and recruiting, benefits and compensation, employee relations and training, research and analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced team international environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with employees and the public Excellent organizational skills Ability to direct other support personnel as needed Desire to be part of a team of dedicated professionals This listing of job duties/responsibilities are not all inclusive and subject to change.
