Assists the Human Resources department by:
Monitor all incoming calls / call transfers / messages Coordinate onsite recruitment process, including:
interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, job fair coordination, updating recruitment tracker, and other tasks as assigned Create new employee folders / parking stickers Manage Plant-Wide Job Bidding process and post to Department Supervisors Create new hire orientation packets Support coordination efforts for plant-wide events Filing for employee personnel files & miscellaneous filing for HR department Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Job Type:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:
