We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking HR Director to join our team to implement, manage and coordinate corporate HR initiatives and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with our executive team to lead and maintain a positive work environment First point of contact for Managers and employees on all HR related issues Conduct recruitment efforts Employee Relations and Retention support for Managers Assist with the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance What you need to succeed 5-7 years HR experience 2
years Recruiting Experience High degree of professionalism Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Life 401K Paid Holidays Paid Vacation.
