The Operations Director will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the we have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure that the Roanoke Valley SPCA can effectively operate and grow our services to the community.
The Operations Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and decisions in areas of shelter operations, including but not limited to programs and services, animal care, customer service, and safety.
This position will drive continuous improvements, with a strong focus on excellent customer service and best practices in animal welfare and care.
