Summary:
Working under general supervision, assisting with all maintenancerequirements, wastewater treatment while ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained and consistently followed.
Regular exposure to facility elements such as noise, dust, odors, and fumes and as such must at all times demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment and safety devices.
Specific requirements will be discussed during our interview process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
Support production with preventative maintenance tasks not limited to equipment but to assist in facilitating the tank empty/clean and refill tanks out on both production lines.
Support and assist in the treatment and disposal of non-hazardous wastewater and chemicals.
Testing of process chemistry and calibration of wastewatertreatment instruments.
Document all required readings throughout treatment process.
Collect and maintain maintenance and waste water treatment logs.
Support production lines with maintenance of tanks.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Support project and miscellaneous activities as prescribed by management.
Maintain equipment and facility at a high level by performing quality work.
Use a variety of hand tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Operate a forklift.
Inform purchasing when wastewater and maintenance supplies need to be ordered.
Interact with vendors.
Interact respectfully and professionally with the GMF team.
Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Demonstrated intermediate mathematical ability High level of attention to detail Strong Mechanical aptitude Understands and applies the use of tools and measuring instruments Strong communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently on multiple projects Works well in a team environment Must be able to interact with a variety of individuals and styles Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Be knowledgeable.

Education and
Experience:
Person must be visually detail oriented and able to follow instructions.
Person must have a high degree of attention to detail and care to prevent injury to yourself and/or others.
Ability to listen openly, communicate effectively and accept assistance from other personnel.
Individual must have willingness to work in team setting.
Some working knowledge of computer is required.
Person may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
