Senior Director, Financial Services - Managed Care Contracting at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA

The Senior Director, Financial Services - Managed Care Contracting assumes leadership role in Organization Management of payer contracting including portfolio, performance, execution, coordination and implementation of Value Based and Fee-For-Service arrangements for facility, physician, and ancillary agreements. Additional duties include:
Assist with price modeling, hospital contract modeling, performance monitoring and auditing. Supports multiple highly variable priorities with aggressive timelines to ensure maximum revenue to Carilion entities. Provides leadership for the effective and efficient operation of these services and ensures that the activities and goals of these services are aligned with the business plan. Facilitates the implementation of new processes and programs on a cross-department organizational structure. Facilitates the linkage between the financial and clinical areas for managed care contracting. MINIMUM
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business administration. Master's degree in business administration or related field desirable
Experience:
Seven years of experience in managed care contracting, provider relations and/or finance. Licensure/Certifications/Registration:
CPA desirable
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
