REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Typing speed of 50
WPM along with high-level computer skills 3
years of call center experience with high call volume 3
years of customer service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) 1
year of inside sales experience QA/KPI scores of 90% or higher Experience with CRM and scheduling software Preferred
