Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements - Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Coordinate and track projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed - Maintain and organize files, documents, and records - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents as needed - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying - Utilize QuickBooks to assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices - Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
