Must have general office skills that includes working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
General Office duties to include answering incoming calls, greeting walk in customers and replying to emails daily for our Residential Leasing office.
Tasks include but are not limited to data entry, filing, correspondences, reports, working with ledgers, finalizations, set ups, and any court preparations and documents.
Schedule showing appointments, review rental applications, update vacancy lists daily and help with other miscellaneous tasks.
Job requires excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, organizational skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Tasks include but are not limited to data entry, filing, correspondences, reports, working with ledgers, finalizations, set ups, and any court preparations and documents.
Candidates must be team minded and have willingness to cross train and support other team members.
