Responsibilities:
Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests:
eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Operating the POS (register or iPad) at the front counter, or in the drive thru Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to mobile order cars in the parking lot Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as register, dining room, or working the window, when applicable.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Complete all tasks in the front-of-house as assigned by restaurant Directors Job Types:
