Position Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated person with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with customer service and helping with the sale of products on various e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of and experience with platforms include; Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Wal-Mart.
This involves listing creation, marketing, inventory management, customer service and shipping.
The E-Commerce Specialist will assist in providing customer service, answering questions, handling returns and addressing issues or complaints.
Responsibilities Provide customer service, address issues or concerns, and feedback.
Utilizing batch shipping programs (such as ShipStation) to process orders quickly and accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse team to prepare shipments and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.
Processing customer returns, wholesale orders and B2B sales.
Assess current product data and information to make adjustments and updates.
Collaborate with internal graphic design team to create content.
Skills Ability to communicate effectively.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to receive feedback from customers without taking personal offense.
Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
Superior organization, written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptionally high attention to detail.
Experience with eBay, Amazon, Shopify seller platforms is a strong plus.
Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation, Stamps.

Ability to respond to numerous customers inquires.
Experience 2-4 Years in related field.
Bachelors degree in related field.
