The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and MS office.
Experience with software like Quickbooks a plus.
Ultimately, a successful candidate should be someone who is ready to tackle the day to day of our office and is ready for the challenge of growing with our business.
Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Use Quickbooks Communicate with our customers via phone and email Handle the day to day filing Maintain contact lists Provide general support to visitors Learn and use a variety of software programs specific to our industry.
Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant or Customer Service Representative Eager to learn about our industry (Label Manufacturing) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word in particular) Experience working in Quickbooks or other accounting software.
Willing and able to learn industry specific software programs.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and work independently Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task At least 3 years of office experience 2-4 years of College, or 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
