We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Advertising Sales Account Executive to work with major auto clients located in the Roanoke/Lynchburg DMA. This high-level salesperson is extremely skilled in developing existing business and prospecting new business. They are motivated and driven to exceed client's expectations through developing and executing multi-media strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to provide an impressive track record of results and demonstrate they can devise and execute a plan to meet quantifiable goals. They excel at developing compelling business cases that lead to long-term, sustainable business. The successful candidate has consistently been a top performer in their current role, driven by success and a high standard of living.
Job Duties: Regularly conducts needs assessments with prospective and existing customers, resulting in strong ROI proposals that get results. Able to navigate complex buying situations, often working with third party agencies Works collaboratively with all support teams with the purpose of growing revenue Develops successful, well-crafted quarterly and annual sales plans. Strategically develops multi-media marketing and promotional plans for customers, acting as a high valued media marketing consultant. Stays on top of industry topics, including digital media trends. Achieves monthly sales goals and sales standards Continually prospects new business with high spend potential Displays a strong aptitude for managing a large portfolio of product solutions and services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Two to five years of outside sales experience Strong customer service, follow up, planning and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong successful track record of sales results Experience working with automotive dealerships considered a plus Proactive self-starter with high level of initiativeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
