Foundry handles all types of casting needs. They employ roughly 60 people and have a significant amount new hiring and activity in the hiring process for foundry positions. Looking for an employment manager to handle the process. Required experience in interviewing and hiring for industrial hands-on roles similar to foundry positions. Some HR and Safety experience is a plus for this position.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Experience hiring industrial personnel.
2. Full cycle hiring process experience.
3. Located within the region for an easy move.
4. HR and Safety experience are pluses.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
